Spending some time in an Italian kichen is a delight. All fresh ingredients freshly brought from the market and hardly
anything from a packet. Making superb food from scratch.
We offer four different cooking courses/experiences. The most popular is here at La Villa, with our
own chef, Martin. We can be very flexible and plan the course to suit you from simple pasta to a gourmet meal, but we can only
offer this in the morning to keep his time free for dinner preparation.
Otherwise, we can arrange a course at one of two local restaurants,
where you can help to prepare the evening meal (you will also get to eat the food that you prepare!). One of
these restaurants has had a Michelin star for almost 20 years; the other will surely get its first in the near future. Otherwise,
come and join us at our outdoor pizza oven and learn to make pizza base, adding the ingredients and cooking you own handiwork!
year (2013), for the second time, we have a very special cooking class running in September with Valli Little, the leading Australian food writer, author
and teacher together with chef Martin Teplitzky (son of Gretta Anna
Teplitzky). The programme has been promoted in the March issue of Delicious
